Phase 1 : Concept & Feasibility & Quotation

Objective: To understand requirements, conduct site feasibility, and provide a commercial proposal.

Initial coordination meeting to discuss project scope, measurements, and features.
Provide all measurements, conceptual drawings, and detailed feature requirements.
Day 1-3

Prepare detailed quotation with proposal drawings based on client requirements.
Review proposal and provide initial feedback.
Day 4-10

Advise on and review soil test requirements for foundation design.
Client Responsibility: Conduct and share the official Soil Test Report from a certified lab.
To be completed before Phase 2

Output of Phase 1 : Approved Quotation & Proposal Drawings. Project moves forward upon client’s written intent to proceed.

Phase 2 : Design & Engineering & Approval

Objective: To finalize commercial terms and obtain client approval on the final building design.

Issue final work order and invoice for the agreed Advance Payment.
Client Responsibility: Sign work order and make the advance payment.
Day 1-3 of Phase 2

Commence detailed engineering. Deliver General Arrangement (GA) Drawings for client approval.
Day 4-13 (10 days engineering)

Submit GA Drawings to client for formal approval.
Client Responsibility: Review and provide written approval OR request changes within 7 days.
Day 14-20

Output of Phase 2: Approved GA Drawings & Advance Payment Received. This is the official go-ahead for procurement and fabrication.

Phase 3 : Procurement, Fabrication & Site Preparation

Objective: To finalize commercial terms and obtain client approval on the final building design.

Release purchase orders and procure all raw materials (steel, bolts, sheets, etc.).
Starts after Phase 2 approval. (~10-15 days)

Notify client once materials are at factory.
Client Opportunity: Optional visit to factory to verify material quality and specifications.
As per schedule.

Begin fabrication in factory: Primary & Secondary Members, Anchor Bolts, etc.
Ensure site is ready and accessible for civil work and later delivery.
Fabrication: ~15-25 days

Quality checks during fabrication.

Site Work: Our team will visit site to set and grout Anchor Bolts as per civil drawings.
Client Responsibility: Ensure foundation/pedestals are ready as per our drawings. Provide necessary site support.
During fabrication stage.

Output of Phase 3: All PEB components fabricated, QC checked, and anchor bolts installed on site. Ready for dispatch.

Phase 4 : Dispatch, Erection, Sheeting & Handover

Objective: To deliver, erect, and complete the building, followed by final inspection and handover.

Dispatch: Organize logistics and transport all finished goods to the project site.
Client Responsibility: Ensure clear site access and provide necessary unloading support.

Erection: Our erection team will assemble Primary and Secondary structural members.
~5-10 days (size dependent)

Erection Quality Check: Our engineer inspects structure. Team rectifies any issues.
Client may perform visual inspection alongside our engineer.

Sheeting & Accessories: Install roof and wall cladding, insulation, flashings, etc.

Final Quality Check: Engineer conducts final inspection of sheeting and building envelope.
Final walk-through with client representative.

Handover:
1. Submit all completion documents.
2. Issue final invoice.
3. Hand over the keys.
Client Responsibility:
1. Conduct final review.
2. Release the Final Payment.
Day of completion

Output of Phase 4: Fully erected PEB handed over to the client. Project Closed.
